Quyen Le | Import Operations | GLC Inc. Los Angeles
Quyen joined GLC in 2018 after working for nine years in Business Development for a logistics firm in Vietnam. An integral part of our Import Operations, she manages an extensive portfolio of accounts while building the Vietnam -U.S.A trade lane. Her commitment to customer service is evident in her interactions with GLC Clients and employees alike.

Andres Sanchez | Customs Entry Writer | GLC SAS          
Since starting with GLC as an intern in 2017, Andres had held many positions within the company, excelling at all, but ultimately finding his passion when he joined GLC’s Customs Brokerage Division. Credited by his colleagues for his above and beyond work ethic, Andres has become a cornerstone of the brokerage department. In his current role, he provides key accounts with HTS Classification Consulting and acts as a liaison between importers and our Licensed Customs Brokers. Currently working towards his CCS Certification, he is determined to further his career in Customs Brokerage, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Licensed Customs Broker himself.

Jennifer Fergel | Customer Service Representative | GLC Distribution
Hitting the ground running, Jennifer joined GLC Distribution in February of 21’, after working at Amazon Fulfillment through the height of the pandemic. A career customer experience manager, she strives to build relationships both internally and externally and lend her expertise to the many large-scale projects underway at  GLC Distribution’s Los Angeles facility. Dedicated to her clients, she entrenches herself in their processes to better support their growing business and distribution needs offering customized solutions for each.
